VestiHeal is a self-guided digital wellness and education tool for people living with dizziness, vertigo, tinnitus, migraine, sleep difficulties and related symptoms. It provides tracking, guided exercises and AI-generated suggestions.

• It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, prescribe or treat any condition.
• It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
• It is not for emergencies. If you experience red-flag symptoms (sudden severe headache, weakness, facial droop, speech difficulty, chest pain, fainting, sudden hearing loss or new neurological symptoms) call 999 or 111 immediately.

You must be 18 or over, or a parent/guardian acting for a minor, to use VestiHeal.

• Provide accurate information when logging symptoms.
• Keep your sign-in details confidential.
• Do not share clinician invite codes outside their intended recipient.
• Do not use the service to harass, defame or send unlawful content.

AI suggestions are educational and may be incorrect. Always sense-check them with a qualified clinician before changing your treatment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hypatia Clinic is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of VestiHeal. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend access if you breach these terms or if continued use poses a clinical safety risk.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
